BRIEF DESCRIPTION

New construction of 4 story mixed use affordable family apartments including 101 one-, two- and three-bedroom units with retail space.

Pennsylvania Coatings proudly participated in this prevailing wage project, featuring a decorative paint pattern on exterior siding which demonstrating our skillfulness on a high production project.
