This adaptive re-use project, repurposed a large 189,000 RSF industrial facility, with two soundstages and 40,530 square feet of office space. It has been renovated to provide state of the art film studios to accommodate the rapidly increasing need for studio space in the global film industry.

Our work included many painted finishes thoughout including a complete exterior repaint of a vintage style Hollywood/Los Angeles industrial building with multiple colors, a lobby with an impressive featured spiral staircase, a penthouse on the roof and more. In addition. out craftsmanship was important and instrumental in reconditioning and beautifying substrates previously in old and poor condition.
