The Crossroads at Washington is an 86 unit apartment complex built in Santa Ana, that opened in September of 2024. This development’s units are for extremely low income families as well as Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) residents. This property includes 6000 square feet of community space and is built and designed to encourage community interaction. It includes a pool, tot lot, courtyards, laundry, barbecues and a dog run.

Pennsylvania Coatings provided beautiful finishes throughout the buildings with accent colors as a part of the attractive design. Our team completed this large, quick-paced prevailing wage project with exemplary performance in the field and in the office.
