Since the beginnings of our business, we have done a lot of prevailing wage work. This continues to be a large part of our business. Our administrative team is skilled, effective and diligent in meeting the requirements of completing prevailing wage work including such items as certified payroll, submitting certified payroll via LCP Tracker, hiring and maintaining apprentices from the Association of General Contractors (AGC), working under PLA’s and PSA’s, as well as sourcing and using journeymen and apprentices from the necessary trade unions as necessary, among many other tasks. We also have experience doing military work, and handling all the paperwork and clearances required.
